Due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, please send an email to and you will receive instruction on how to proceed. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected and photographed before being sent out.

This exchange policy lasts 14 days from the day the item was received. Unfortunately we will not be able to authorize store credit or exchange if the request is made outside this window.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
