Once a purchase has been made, the sale is final.

We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective, or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at and you will be provided instruction on how to proceed. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Please note that all items are thoroughly inspected and photographed before being sent out to avoid false claims of manufacturer error.

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a store credit or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for sizes still in stock. Otherwise you will be given a store credit for the price of the suit.

If the item you would like to exchange is a gift that was shipped directly to you, you are eligible to receive an exchange or store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit/exchange will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit/exchange to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. If you would like to provide a different shipping address, please email detailing your request prior to returning your item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
